Every Bhutan Dragon Adventures trip uses low impact trekking methods to reduce our impact on the fragile environment near trekking routes. Bhutan Dragon adventures has been on the cutting edge of Bhutan’s environmental awareness movement.

Our Commitment to Safety
All of our trekking and tours are led by qualified guides who have been trained and certified by the Tourism Council of Bhutan Government in first aid, basic or advanced skills, environmental and other related subject matters. We pay extra attention to all health concerns such as water and food. We are a member of Association of Bhutanese Tour Operators (ABTO) and as well as we are registered under Tourism Council of Bhutan.

Our Responsible tourism
Bhutan Dragon Adventures strives to organize culturally rewarding and environmentally friendly trekking and touring trips that provide economic and social benefits to the local communities. We therefore buy most of our trekking food supplies locally, promote eating local food and stay at locally run guesthouses and campsites only. Local entrepreneurs are encouraged by us to adopt minimum-impact methods and provide eco-sensitive services. We try to minimize the use of campfires by giving proper clothing advice to our clients and to provide adequate clothing and gear to our porters and guides.

Our goal is to provide you, our visitor and new friend, with wonderful and enriching experiences while simultaneously protecting Bhutan’s eco-system and sustaining the Bhutanese people.
