While in Thimphu you visit the National Memorial Chorten, the National Library and the Arts and Crafts School among other interesting places. In Punakha and Wangdue the Dzongs are featured.

The "Castle of the White Bird, Jakar Dxong, and the Iron Castle, Chakhar Lhakhang, are highlights of Bumthang.
